The reason my claim was denied was my wording of the case . I said I didn't receive the merchandise . I didn't get the solar panel inside the box . I got the lights but no solar panel . The box was opened from the bottom and then taped . Build .com wanted a receipt from the merchandise but you know I paid for it . How can I prove the solar panel was gone ?
You can't prove anything, but you can provide the evidence you have. The seller can't prov what was shipped, either. There is no proof, so PayPal would decide which party to believe.
