ive been trying to send invoice to customer, when i click on send and recieve all i get is a blank page...all other pages are working fine. any suggestions
Try refreshing your web browser, delete the cookies, temp files, history and cache, then close the browser, reopen it and log back into your PayPal Account. Another option is to try a different web browser.
