can't "report" fraudulent charges

I have 5 fraudlent charges on my account (all from "wargaming.net"). When I try to report it online via the Paypal process, I cannot do it, because there is a question that says "Did you change your password"" but the buttons to click to say "yes" or "no" are literally embedded under the words of the question itself, and the form will not allow me to proceed without answering the question about changing the password. Frustrating all around, and no idea how to contact Paypal via email. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
