I had to void the shipping label through Ebay and create a new one, now the voided tracking number is still attached to my transaction. The correct Tracking number shows the customer already receivef their item, but Paypal won't release my funds until the customer "receives" their package. How can I update the transaction to reflect the correct shipping info?
Have you checked the transaction details in the PayPal account to see if it provides a link for you to update tracking info there? Also, have you checked the eBay order details for the same? I believe you should be able to get this done in one of those places (if not both).
