Wrong date on availability of funds

I sold an item on EBay and the purchaser paid via PayPal. The purchaser has received the item (before the promised date) AND has posted positive feedback on me. BUT....PayPal shows the date of funds availability being: 12/31/1969!!!!! Not Happy!!!!!
