Okay, so in March (FOUR months ago), I paid an amount of 33.50 to a seller, who has yet to accept it. It's marked as unclaimed so I cannot dispute the transaction, I have YET to receive anything and the seller is not responding to any messages. I want a refund on my money but without a dispute I don't see how I can do that. Please help!
