if I want to withdraw money from my PayPal balance, and it is in euros, but my bank account is in hungarian Forints (even though it can also manage euros, I assume I am not able to transfer the euros - or am I?), and I want to know if it is possible to change the exchanging settings, so that I can exchange the euros to forints in my bank's exchange rate instead of the PayPal rate when withdrawing. or if I can convert the euros to forints yet on the paypal account with the bank exchange rate.
