I'm creating a website for a friend who is a Pastor in Zambia. Can he set up a PayPal account to receive donations and withdraw the money in Zambia?
One can open a PayPal account in Zambia however, there are limitations - you can only have a Personal account and it appears that you cannot receive money - only send to others or make purchases online.
