Withdrawal of Funds from a Limited Account in Kenya

Hello there,

My PayPal account was limited six months ago with substantial amount of dollars, yesterday; I received an email indicating that my funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Am a Kenyan and living in Kenya and for such cases, they allow one to link a US based account number for transfer purposes, Kindly advice on how can be helped on this matter.
