Why won't Paypal answer me?

I've set up a shopify store at www.diyandpro.com and I've signed up for Paypal Pro(US) but when I tried, several times, to make a test purchase myself, using a different email address, the payment doesn't complete and I get the 'try again later' message. Also, I notice the card and Paypal logos on my site are grey, not the usual colors. I have twice emailed Paypal and asked for help but no answer. I asked Shopify and they confirmed it's all set up correctly at their end. What can I do ?
