The transaction was made via a buy now button. The customer received a receipt for transaction in there mailbox, but i as the owner of the site did not receive a confirmation of the order in my email. The order was processed in my paypal account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
