Hi - I have been shipping / Creating Postage through Paypal for a while now. Love that I don't have to have the funds in my bank account now to cover large shipments. Being able to pull the funds directly from the Buyer's Payment in my Paypal account is a huge asset!
--- The international shipping forms have defaulted to " Return at the Customer's Expense" For Items that cannot be delivered. On a Hand written waybill, I am able to Choose " Abandon" -- When the shipping fees are higher than the value I paid for the item, I often choose this option.
----I cannot see how to access this area -and change the defaults - OH - I ship with CANADA POST -
