When can I know the result of unlocking suspension

How are you? I submitted all necessary information to support team 3 weeks ago.

But I didn't get reply from them. My account is suspended now and I didn't use account yet.

How, When can I get reply from Paypal team.

If you have experiences in this problem, Help me.
