When Are Funds Available?

I had something sold on ebay and they got there product a couple days ago and loved it and gave me a good rating on ebay. I had it sent in a flat rate box by the usps that came with tracking.

he recieved it and will not return the item back to me so how long must i wait to transfer my money to my bank?

3 days from the date of delivery. SO if your buyer got the item yesterday let's say and tracking shows delivered, then you'd get it within 3 days from yesterday.
