What do I do if paypal have refund me two payments to my card but I don't have the card no my more and the card is closed out and will I still can get the refund or no please help me is there away that they can just add the refund on my paypal account or send me a check ?
The card issuer will either refuse the refund and it will go back to your PayPal balance or accept refund on your behalf and hold it for you which you can contact the card issuer to claim the money.
