A customer made a partial payment to us for the remainder of an invoice. The invoice in PayPal is showing "Paid" but we haven't recieved the money in our account and when checking the transaction id it displays "We are unable to find this transaction ID. Please check and try again later." Is this normal? Typically our payments are instant.

Hi! We're now having the exact same problem and sadly, PayPal Support hasn't been very helpful.
Funnily, it occurred around a similar time for us (26th March).
How's this been for you so far? Has it resolved it since then? What was the problem about?

It's took me 30 minutes to find a transaction on 24 march 2020 but using robot help on PayPal. But when I clicked on it. The IA said something stopping me from getting this transaction. PayPal have no agent working during the business hours and no way I can message PayPal or get help from them!!
