The only way to get to virtual terminal now is through manager.paypal. It is a huge pain in the **bleep**. Once you process the payment in manager.paypal's virtual terminal there is no shipping options so I have to go back to normal www.paypal.com to schedule a shipment. Phone support said it should be coming back to the regular login at www.paypal.com again but I have yet to see it. When I go to "More Tools" it just tells me more about virtual terminal and to apply. We already have virtual terminal....Does anyone know an easier way to get to virtual terminal or shipping from there??? It's really wasting a lot of my time trying to process customer payments & shipments by phone.
