Uncomfirmed Shipping Address

Hi, about 8 days ago I received an email saying one of my packages has shipped but it says my address is unconfirmed. Will this affect whether I'll get my package? Also, it's been stuck in pre-shipment according to usps for the whole 8 days... is this normal?

Unconfirmed means have have not confirmed it with PayPal, but it's not an issue.

Stuck in pre-shipment just means the seller has not shipped yet.
