Unauthorized host (401) message received when making credit card payment via PayPal REST API, even we've used the correct PayPal LIVE Client ID and Secret string on LIVE environment. We've tried to check transaction activity list from PayPal portal, the Debug ID column is without any value, hence we have no idea what's the next action to be taken.
When we switched the environment to PayPal Sandbox with Sandbox Client ID and Secret string, the payment was done successfully.
Kindly advise on this, please let me know if there is any info we need to provide for troubleshooting purpose.
