Unable to add Tracking info, the screen is blank

The screen is blank when I click add tracking info.  I saw someone back in September posted a similar message.  Are the technicians aware?

Same issue! I guess they want to hold my funds as long as possible...

So, it appears that when I entered the tracking info on the item in EBay, it worked and carried over to Paypal.

Got an ad blocker active? Try deactivating it.

Another post in the forum with similar problem was solved by deactivating uBlock Origin for the page and that worked for me too.
