USPS label not printing receipt

I FOUND THE ANSWER!!   Log in to paypal and click the PROFILE tab at the far top right. Then under SELLING PREFERENCES in the 3rd column click on SHIPPING PREFERENCES. Next, under U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PREFERENCES click on the link that says EDIT PRINTER SETTINGS. Last, check PRINT RECEIPT.

I called PP and they said it was an ongoing repair ticket and they added my name to it.... 

I can't believe how incompetent that is !?

My printer setting was changed when I was asked to agree to some USPS doc to continue buying postage.

As a seller ...... For as much as we pay and pay.... we don't get all that much from our pal.
