Transferring money

I linked my credit card to Paypal & received confirmation email saying it was done. When I try to transfer money it says I have to link to an account??

Is there a delay or should the link be done once I received the email?

By transfer money do you mean add funds to your paypal balance or withdraw funds to your card?

If so then you can't do that via a card in your country, you can only do so to a linked bank account.

HOWEVER you never need funds in your paypal balance as a buyer to buy items.

You just pay and fund it from your credit card direct and paypal takes the payment directly from that card.
