Tracking and Ship Now Option

My customers pay me through another service as required by my company. I still like the ease of use of PayPal "Ship Now," but it has not been emailing tracking to my customers as it has previously. I need help! I even check the box "email a note to customer," and it still doesn't sent. I did a test shipment to myself and got nothing.

Hi! I did! I even did a test label with my personal email address in the "send a note" section, but received nothing.
