Paypal, I have a good 20$ I'm trying to spent on a game called "stick empires"

They limited me for a strange login.

I use a VPN, to protect my self,

I turn my VPN off when Im signing in to paypal

I accidently had it on and got, limited.

If your a moderator, please fix my account (im using rn)

Not likely anything can be done as you became a security risk for PayPal by using a VPN sevice.

You could phone PayPal customer service and try.

Admins will not discuss specific account issues on the forum.  You need to contact PayPal support directly for help.

PayPal will notify you when your money is ready for withdraw.  The 180 day count start on the day you received notification that your acct is limited and that your money is held for 180 days.  Look for that email notification to check the date that it has been exactly 6 months.

No, you can't withdraw from one PayPal acocunt to another.  You can withdraw to a bank acocunt, if available.

I'm surprised your other account isn't yet limited yet.
