Does anyone else feel like they're being scammed by PayPal? I bought something with a credit card that was totally unusable when it was delivered. I was given a refund in PayPay money. Of course they take a percentage of your refund for being a completely unnecessary middle man. Then I can't use the money to make a purchase without giving paypal my credit card or bank information? Wow. Great customer focus. I love jumping through extra hoops to get part of my money back. Thanks. I'm sure they wouldn't try discouraging people from EVER getting to it. Hopefully I'll never need to do business with paypal again.
