Hello,
I would recommend going to the transaction and creating an "Unauthorised Transaction" dispute.
PayPal will eventually look for suspicious logins that happened around the date of the purchase.
If PayPal finds a suspicious login, they will more than likely accept the dispute and you'll get a refund.
If they decline it, I would recommend contacting Customer Service and asking them what your options are now.
I really hope that you have success in retrieving your money.
I would also recommend changing your password and setting up 2 factor authentication.
Kind regards,
Connor.
