So Frustrated! Invoices not sending in REAL time! Tech support not answering!

For the second time in 2 weeks, PayPal is having tech issues and invoices aren't being sent in real time!

Ugh!

I've been on hold for 23 minutes now, and the end of the business day is coming.  

 

2 times in 2 weeks is too much! (Last time they said they were aware of the problem and didn't know how long it would take to fix).

Should I switch vendors?

I'm sorry to hear about the continued issues. As soon as we find out about a problem, we start working and try to have it resolved as soon as possible. Hopefully, the issue has been resolved for you. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Two days later, the issue is resolved, but that doesn't help when I'm trying to do business in real time.
