I sold a $1900 item today at Ebay, but haven't shipped it yet. The buyer registered there 3 days ago and has no feedback. The address to be sent to in Miami, but the Buyer shows as being from Panama. I looked up the address and it's a small business in Miami. The buyer has paid by Paypal. How safe am I to send them this item, even with insurance and signature confirmation? Will Paypal's seller protection take of a chargeback or some other type of attempted fraud?
