Shipping Label Issue

Hello all, thanks for taking the time to answer my question.

All of a sudden today all of my shipping labels are printing without a reciept.  Does anyone know why this has happened or how to fix it.

I think it's a PayPal issue because all the sudden today I cannot print the labels correctly on my Dymo.

Just called paypal 10/11/17 and they say it's a known issue and 'they are working on it' but no time given in getting it fixed.  They added my name to the list of those reporting it, so hopefully the more that do the quicker it will be fixed.
