Selling Personal Items

I have seen two different answers to my question so I am asking for clarity.

I have some personal items I wish to sell.

1)Do I need a Business account or can I use my Personal account?

2) Will I be charged the selling % and fee with my Personal account?

Thanks for your help.

1. Personal account is fine.

2. You pay a fee per transaction when you sell items whatever account you have.

Thank you @kernowlass.  Are the fees auto deducted by Paypal with the resulting balance available in my account?

Yes paypal take the fee and the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.

Whereas Ebay fees (if its Ebay) are invoiced x1 per month.
