Response to a Buyer Dispute

We are unable to respond to the dispute raised by our Buyer so request the community to guide us on it. There is an option given to share the Tracking number. But as we are an Online Training Institute once we receive the payment we share the access to the videos through Wishlist. So we will not be able to share the tracking number and other details asked. But can share the screenshots of the course access given and other needed information that will prove that the buyer was given the video access. So can anyone of you help us with the guidelines of how we can respond to the claim raised by the buyer?
