Refunds

So I paid for something to someone, and I was sent proof they refunded it, but I can't find it on activity and it hasn't gone into my bank account, how long does it take and where is my money?

If you got proof that's all you need.  But, what was the "proof"?  If it really happened, it would be part of the original purchase transaction.

It was a screen shot of the payment and it said refunded and completed

Screen shots can be fake.

What on the screenshot tells you there was a refund?  How is it described?

It says my name, money refunded underneath, to the right it has the amount and there are more than one refunds, it has the same colours as payments, one darker grey one light grey

Also how long does it take to come through??
