I did have a refund which paypal sent to me , it appears in summary as green color with amount , and i got an email from paypal informed that they have credited to my account .
Issue is , i can't use and can't see that refund money . Even contact the local bank , i don't have any things to prove that i had been refunded . Please tell me how to resolve this problem ? Thank you .
