Thanks for helping! I've been trying to resolve this for months and have had no success.
I use a third party for my shopping cart.
I am successfully receiving payments; however, the customer is stuck on the "redirect" page and it just spins instead of sending them to the return url.
I have this problem no matter which 3rd party cart I am using so I am led to believe this is a paypal issue. The 3rd party shopping cart tech support also says it is a paypal issue.
As far as I can tell my return url settings and IPN settings are all correct...
The 3rd party cart said to have paypal support reset my IPN settings to "default, value=0" -- but, when I contacted support, they didn't seem to know what to do with that.
I've gone almost a year trying to figure this out - any help is appreciated!
