Recurring Payments NOT Added to Balance

Starting today, 2/18/2017, almost all of our recurring subscription payments from customers have not been added to our account balance.

 


All of the transactions show as completed with no holds, however there is a glitch causing only a small portion of the payments to be added to the balance.

 

If anyone else is having this issue, please post here.
