I have my paypal to accept donations for my campaign, but it doesn't seem to be paying me. I have two people signed up for monthly recurring donations but I don't have the money. I got an email for just one saying "payment skipped". Any ideas?
You may want to visit the Merchant Support Community as there are other Developers and PayPal Techs may be able to help. And there's Tech Support - there's a small link at the bottom of the page "Contact Support".
