Receive Payments from Product Sales Account Frozen

Hey guys,

I want to create an online course and start selling it but I can't use stripe from Moldova.

I can only accept PayPal.

A course creator said PayPal froze his account because he was receiving lots of money and they blocked him. (payments for his course)

Do you anything about that? He said PayPal would not accept payments for online courses since they "are not a real thing"
