We are a home business that mainly operates online, however everynow and again we get local guys that purchase from us. A year or two ago we got a PayPal here mobile card reader (the triangle one that plugs in). We noticed back in September last year that they were updated to a new version. Some time ago our reader stopped working (I'm not sure when). Are the old readers from before then not compatible anymore? The one we have is light blue with a dark blue lock slider. The phone detects it as plugged in, but does not recognise that anything is being swiped. The reader inside appears to be clean and well. Any help would be apreciated.
