I now live in Panama and wish to open a paypal pro for my website. The problem is that it seems the bank account to be attached to Paypal must be in the US, and I don't have any there. How to do ? Thank you all for help.
Well, I think that you must find another way of accepting payment for your website then. You can't even withdraw to a credit, debit, or prepaid card so there is no way of getting the money out in your country. The money would have to remain in your PayPal account unless you make purchases or send money to someone.
