The billing address linked to my credit card changed slightly. Basically the street number changed. Paypal said it couldn't link to that credit card. Yet that is the address my credit card company has.
To make it weirder, I got an email from paypal telling me that " you added a new address" etc and listed the changed address. But when I go back into paypal it's still the old address. What gives?
