I get this error: Please check the image file format in the Header Image URL. It appears to be an invalid file format.

Even when I blank out the Header URL field in the Edit Custom Page Style page on paypal.

Any ideas? It seems to not matter what I enter (or do not enter) into the Header URL field, can't get past that error message.
