Phone Number Issues

Hello! I had an old account (I terminated it to focuson this account alone) and on it, I had my phone number attached to it, and when the account had been closed, I added my phone number to this current account, but I can't purchase anything online without confirming my phone number, and the message containing the confirmation code doesn't go to my phone. I've found no ways to remove a phone number or anything. I messaged PayPal themselves only to find no help at all (should've known, what was I thinking? That I'd actually get a decent response? Lmfao nope)

@Griselda01  Try calling PayPal instead of messaging them ... and yes, you may have to wait a little until someone picks up.
