Paypal's not helping me with a charge-back scam. What should I do?

So, Recently I sold a man a amazon 25$ gift-card. Everything wen't well, he paid me, and told me he obtained the giftcard code properly. (https://ibb.co/j53qUk)

A day later, he makes a dispute and takes back the money for the card. I showed the evidence, and I am not getting refunded the money that has been stolen.

Can someone in the community tell me what to do?

Because digital goods are not covered in the PayPal Seller Protection program so you sell them at your own risk.  What sort of dispute did the buyer file?  Item Not Received? Or unauthorized use? You may try to call in customer service to plead your case.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
