So I recently decided to sell my all time favorite colletable, xm studios magneto. This statue is a rare insanly desired colletable only 800 made. This fetches high prices and I myself payed a good sum for it. I posted the statue to eBay where I got tons of offers, one guy who had great feed back offered to do the deal through paypal and avoid the fees. So we went ahead and I sold him magneto for 3k, almost a month later he opens a case saying he never recieved him. Except the tracting information shows very well he did, I provioded this information to paypal, I provioded many parts of our eBay cpnversations, I provoded a picture of the shipping reciept. and they refunded him the 3k, well thank god I had transfered it out, but now I have 3k deficeit that I cant and will not pay, paypal is clearly letting buyers take advantage of people.
