I placed an order for a replacement pen for my graphics tablet through the site I originally got it from (Bosto.co). Anyways after a couple days of radio silence I contacted them and they claimed they had not got the order. After a couple back and forths I forwarded the receipt to them and they informed me that my purchase somehow did not go through them but Aliexpress. Their customer service person (Bosto) was just as confused as me. How do I preceed from here?
