Paypal Here app asking me to create a Business Account even though I have...

So I am trying to set up my Paypal reader, I have downloaded the app, turned on bluetooth, the phone recgonizes the reader. It the reads on the screen "Turn on Paypal Here app on your phone or tablet" it is ALREADY OPEN!!

and then my app says "create a business account to continue...it already is a business account!!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What are the details of your PayPal account?

Are your PayPal Here account details correct on your PayPal account on your computer?

We don't know the exact steps you took to get the PayPal Here account or the steps you took to startup the app.

What is the OS verson on your phone?

I've used PPH with blue tooth reader a lot and never had such a problem with Android or phone or tablet.

Its a business account, I am running a Google Pixel. with android version 8.0.0

PayPal support has very good tech support team.  Phone them so they can help resolve the issue.
