I am trying to update my information on-line for by Paypal Here account and keep getting this error message. "We're sorry, we can't update your information right now. Please log in to your profile at paypal.com to update your personal info." I've searched this error message in "Ask the Community" but nothing has worked.
You may want to contact customer service for assistance. Unfortunately as this is a public community, the people here do not have access to user info nor the tools to assist.
