I recently received a payment from someone because they purchased an item I was selling, but there is no address shown to where it should be sent and the email that it shows where the payment was made from says it is not registered. It also says that the person is not Paypal verified.
How did you sell the item - eBay, send an invoice, simply provide your email address to the buyer, web site with Buy Now or Add to Cart, etc. ??? The method used would explain your issue. At this point, all you can do is send an email to the buyer or cancel and refund the money.
