A customer has just bought a design I did for him at $160. I sent him an invoice and he has paid. I sent him the files via email, so I have no way of giving paypal a tracking number. Is there a way that this hold can be taken off now since he has already received the work.

Click Add Tracking link on the transaction and select the appropriate choice from the drop down menu according to tips to release your money faster listed here.
