Payment notifications to multiple people

With a business account, how can we get payment notifications sent to multiple people (multiple emails)?

Just added a secondary user as a possible work around, but there are no dedicated permissions for notifications for this second user.

Would really help if multiple departments within an organization could receive the same notification.
